TR signature silhouette
Texas Rose cowboy boots are designed with a flattering, feminine silhouette. Unlike traditional cowboy boots, which typically have a straight shaft from ankle to top, our boots are shaped with a tapered ankle that gradually widens to the fullest point at the top of the shaft. This creates a more contoured, streamlined fit while still allowing for comfort and iconic TR style.
Texas Rose Signature Range
Our handmade Signature Range includes OUTLAW, AMERICAN EAGLE, DESERT WING and our newest release, BLAZE. Each boot available in a selection of exclusive colour-ways, at the end of the season, colour-ways will be retired to the Texas Rose Archive. While past favourites may return in the future, there are no guarantees.
Our most common question - do we offer custom colour-ways, yes. Available by request only and priced slightly higher than our Signature Colourways.
Every pair is handcrafted to order in EU sizing with custom fit options available.

BOOT SIZE
Orders will be placed in EU sizes. Refer to the boot chart for sizing.
BOOT CALF WIDTH
When ordering your boots you have the option to select different calf widths: SLIM 34 cm REGULAR 37 cm or WIDE 40 cm. The calf measurements are a guide, please allow a tolerance of 1-2cm as all boots are handcrafted. *Refer to measurements chart. Please reach out for specific measurements, we can cater to all sizes smaller or wider.
SHOE WIDTH
REGULAR – Standard fit across foot
WIDE – Additional room across foot
Boots will be made to regular shoe width, if your require awide shoe fit add to your notes to seller when purhasing.
BOOT HEIGHT
When ordering you’ll have the option to select boot height: SHORT 33 cm or REGULAR 38 cm or TALL 41 /42 cm. The boot height does not include the heel - heel is 5cm tapering to 3cm. Refer to the chart for measurements.

Boot sizing is listed in EU sizes. If you’re unsure of your EU size, please refer to our size chart.
Boot height refers to the shaft height only and does not include the heel height.

Tall: 41–42 cm
Calf Widths(measured at the widest point of the boot shaft)
Slim: 34/35 cm

Calf width
If you require a specific calf width, please send us a DM or leave a note to the seller when placing your order. We are happy to customise the calf width to suit your measurements.
If you require a narrow or wide foot fitting, please also include this in your DM or order notes so we can make the necessary additions to your boot before production begins.
Comparison
We are often asked how our sizing compares to brands such as Ariat and RM Williams. While Texas Rose follows the standard women’s EU size conversion chart, please keep in mind that every brand uses different boot shapes so the fit will vary.
Please note that Ariat’s “C” width refers to foot width, not calf width.
How to measure
YOU’LL NEED
Non-stretch string
A ruler or tape measure
STEP 1 -MEASURE.
Wrap the string around or place on the area you’re measuring (calf or boot height). Let it sit against your skin naturally—snug, but not tight. Mark where the string meets.
STEP 2 — MEASURE THE STRING
Lay the string flat and measure it against a ruler to get your measurement.
Calf width
Wrap the tape measure or string around the widest part of your calf without leaving any spaces, but not too tight.
Sitting in a chair with feet flat on the ground and knees bent at a 90-degrees angle will get your calf at its widest.
Need a custom calf fit, we got you covered we can make most sizes smaller to wider.
LEG HEIGHT
Which boot height is right for you? Most customers don’t need to measure their leg height, they will simply choose a boot height short, regular or tall.
However, some of us need to measure. Follow these steps.
Stand naturally with both feet flat on the floor. Place a tape measure on the floor directly behind your heel or just to the side of foot and measure up your leg stopping at either short, regular or tall.

HEEL LIFT
A slight heel lift can be completely normal in a brand new pair of TEXAS ROSE cowboy boots.
What is heel lift?
Heel lift is when your heel rises slightly away from the footbed as you walk.
Why does heel lift happen?Stiff soles: New leather and rubber soles are firm and need time to flex.
Pull-on design: Cowboy boots don’t have laces to lock your foot into place like a lace-up boot.
Natural break-in: As the sole softens and the leather moulds to your foot, heel lift typically reduces.
TOE SPACE
Your toes should have just enough room comfortably without touching the front of the toe box.
TR Cowboy boots are designed with space in the toe, so your toes should not feel cramped or pressed against the end of the boot.
YOUR BOOTS FEEL SLIGHTLY ROOMY?
If your boots feel slightly roomy when first trying them on, don’t be alarmed—this can be a normal part of wearing handcrafted cowboy boots.
Each pair is handcrafted from genuine leather using a traditional structured cowboy boot construction, which can make the fit feel different from everyday footwear when new.
BREAKING IN
Many TEXAS ROSE customers comment on how comfortable their boots feel from the very first wear.
For others, a short break-in period is completely normal. As you wear your boots, the genuine leather softens and moulds to your feet, creating a fit that becomes uniquely yours over time.
Like all quality handmade leather footwear, your TEXAS ROSE boots are designed to improve with wear.
