All Texas Rose boots are made to order and semi-custom. This means each pair is handcrafted especially for you.
Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of ordering
• Once payment is received, your order is locked into production
Production timeframe
• Estimated timeframe: 3–4 weeks
• As our boots are handcrafted internationally, occasional delays may occur
• If this happens, you’ll be notified
Refunds
Because your boots are made specifically for you:
• Payments are non-refundable
• Refunds are only issued if:
– Our supplier cannot fulfil your order
– There is a genuine issue on the Texas Rose side
Changes
• Please double-check sizing before ordering
• Once production starts, changes cannot be made

As Texas Rose boots are handmade internationally, delays may occur due to customs or shipping providers. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed.
Returns & Faults
Because your boots are made to order:
• We do not accept change-of-mind returns
• We do not offer size exchanges unless there is a significant and genuine size error
Faulty items
If your boots arrive with a genuine fault:
• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide photos
• We will assess and organise a repair or replacement if required

We only use your information to:
• Process orders
• Communicate with you
• Arrange shipping
• Send updates (if you opt in)
